ALFA VITA is a fascinating ripe warm wine with shiny deep ruby color. The multilevel aromatic profile is influenced by powerful black forest fruit reminiscent of ripe black cherries, mulberries, spices and home baked vanilla plum cake. In the mouth the wine is warm and powerful with voluptuous texture at the same time elegant and fresh. The finale is characterized by well structured silky tannins and long lasting juicy fruitiness.


Location:Thracian Valley region

The Thracian Valley Region is part of the Southern Bulgarian Wine Region. It is well-sheltered from the strong winds by Stara Planina Mountain on the North and additionally protected by the Rhodope mountain in the South. Here the majority of the Bulgarian red grape varieties such as Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Misket & Pamid are grown, producing exquisitely rich and memorable quality wines.

Climate :Moderate continental climate with very favourable even distribution of precipitation throughout the entire growth period of the vines.

Soils:The region is well-known for its great diversity of soils suitable for vine growing.

Harvest:The usually hot summers allow the grapes to accumulate high sugar content and proper acidity by 20 -30th September when the red grapes reach optimal ripeness and the harvest starts.
